Role Overview

We are looking for a
Civil Site Engineer
to supervise and monitor infrastructure construction works at site. The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of works in line with KIIFB standards, IS codes, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site execution activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Review contractor's work programs, bar bending schedules, method statements, and shop drawings.
  • Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality control as per
    IS/IRC/MoRTH standards
    .
  • Verify material testing, maintain site records, and prepare reports/documentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, KIIFB officials, and client departments for smooth project execution.
  • Verify and certify contractor's bills and participate in inspections, project completion, and handover activities.

Requirements

  • Education:
    BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 3–7 years (Degree holders)
  • 7–10 years (Diploma holders)
  • Prior experience in
    infrastructure projects funded by government/public sector
    preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and quality practices.
  • Proficiency in site documentation and reporting.
  • Good communication skills in
    English
    and
    Malayalam (preferred)
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
