We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven hospital-based experience and strong leadership qualities to guide and supervise a team of physiotherapists. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring patient care programs, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering professional growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for patients.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of physiotherapists to ensure quality patient care.
  • Coordinate with consultants, doctors, and nursing staff for integrated patient management.
  • Develop individualized therapy programs tailored to patient needs and conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for junior staff to enhance skill levels.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hospital-based experience in physiotherapy practice.
  • Strong clinical knowledge across specialties (orthopedic, neurology, cardiopulmonary, post-operative rehabilitation, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a team and lead departmental operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient care.
