We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven hospital-based experience and strong leadership qualities to guide and supervise a team of physiotherapists. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring patient care programs, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering professional growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of physiotherapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors, and nursing staff for integrated patient management.
- Develop individualized therapy programs tailored to patient needs and conditions.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for junior staff to enhance skill levels.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Minimum 2–3 years of hospital-based experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge across specialties (orthopedic, neurology, cardiopulmonary, post-operative rehabilitation, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to handle a team and lead departmental operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient care.
