About this roleIn this position as Key Business Development Manager, you will manage a portfolio of critical seller accounts that contribute significantly to the category's business. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with top sellers in the category and driving improvements in customer-facing inputs to achieve category objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, as well as working in e-commerce and fast-paced organizations, is highly valued.
Key responsibilities- Manage the seller relationship by championing the seller's needs at Amazon, establishing strong communication channels, and setting clear expectations.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers key business opportunities for both the seller and Amazon.
- Lead improvement initiatives and projects, partnering with business development and onboarding teams to drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
- Analyze the business, providing executive-level reporting on the seller's current performance and future opportunities, and publishing recommendations and action plans based on data.
