We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Strategist to drive our organization's growth and development through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, improve onboarding processes, and enhance employee experience.

  • You will partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with business objectives and design recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
  • You will oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • You will facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce our company culture and support the growth and development of employees.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • A strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
