Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure timely payments, and provide regular updates on construction progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete customer life cycle from booking to possession and beyond.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding construction progress, documentation, and handover timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee documentation processes, including agreement execution, payment schedules, and registration.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up for outstanding dues.
  • Organize and conduct site visits, client meetings, and property handovers.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to improve client retention and referral business.

Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate/automobile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good understanding of real estate documentation and post-sales processes.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage client expectations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
