Business Research Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our business development and project documentation processes.

  • Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
    • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
    • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms to ensure timely submissions and efficient workflow management.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
    • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
    • Ensure secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol, while maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
    • Update and maintain document control logs for efficient retrieval and reference purposes.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents that effectively communicate our value proposition and services offered.
    • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails, adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation, fostering effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
