Job Title: Senior Research Executive

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research projects, managing project teams, and acting as the primary client contact. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • To design and implement high-quality research projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • To conduct research activities, including pilot interviews, client meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
  • To initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities.
  • To provide coaching and guidance to colleagues, including on-the-job feedback and workload planning.
Requirements
  • A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organization.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
