We are now seeking an accomplished Research Associate to join our global team and support high-profile mandate searches.

The Role

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior mandates across APAC and the ME region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating comprehensive market analyses and talent pipelines for senior mandates.
  • Conducting introductory and screening calls with senior candidates.
  • Delivering in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools.
  • Collaborating closely with the leadership team on global partner-level mandates.

Requirements

  • Ideal experience with a top-tier executive search firm or comparable recruitment environment.
  • Background in global consulting or strategy recruitment preferred.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages an asset.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
