Role Overview

As a Prospecting Professional, you will identify and engage potential business leads in the USA market.

This role is vital in supporting Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough research to connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry using various tools.
  2. Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
  8. Maintain professionalism in all communications, representing our brand values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
