Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the entire process of receiving payment from vendors, store operations, and contract management.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely payments, smooth store operations, and effective contract management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Items Delivery: Monitor item delivery, check lists for service receipt, SLA certification, penalty/incentive calculation, and payment terms as per PO/WO.
  • Closing coordination with Finance & User team for GR & payment processing lead time.
  • Single SPOC for Vendors: Receive certified invoices, payment release status updates, and resolution of payment processing issues in collaboration with Finance.
  • Facilitate vendor payment process by checking item quantity, Service Level Agreement monitoring, delivery date, and service certification.
  • Store Process Improvement and Inventory Optimization: Reduction of existing inventory by 20% through process improvement for better control in store operations and optimization of inventory.

KRAs and KPIs:

  • Reduction of Payment Release Lead Time by 20%
  • Reconciliation of Vendor's Account in collaboration with Finance (6 accounts per quarter)
  • Reduction in Lead Time for Contract Processing (30 working days)
  • Improvement in Store Operation and Inventory Optimization (20% reduction in existing inventory)

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of SAP, Excel, and English language proficiency. This role requires strong professional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
