We are seeking an 4-5 years experienced Operations Head/Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, technical expertise, and eCommerce operations, particularly with US-based fashion clothing brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the fashion brand's eCommerce division.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing strategy including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, marketing execution, and brand growth.
  • Utilize technical knowledge (Python) for automation, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Manage performance metrics, reporting, and drive ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards across all digital platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Head/Manager in the eCommerce industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and overall digital marketing.
  • Technical skills with Python for automation and data handling.
  • Prior experience working with a US-based fashion clothing brand (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver results under deadlines.
