Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all the stores, ensuring consistency in service, compliance, and presentation.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and store policies.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and merchandising.
  • Analyze store performance metrics and sales reports, develop improvement strategies, and drive profitable growth.

Backend Planning & Logistics

  • Lead backend planning activities: demand forecasting, inter-store transfers, warehouse coordination, and logistics.
  • Oversee inventory cycles including FIFO, expiry management, and reducing wastage.

E-Commerce Operations (Online)

  • Manage e-commerce operations: order fulfillment, logistics, supplier coordination, shipping, and returns.
  • Ensure efficient platform integrations—including OMS, CRM, and ERP—and maintain real-time inventory synchronization.
  • Monitor UX, conversion rates (CRO), and customer satisfaction; propose improvements and implement enhancements.

Project & Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional projects such as system upgrades, process roll-outs, and new initiatives across retail formats.
  • Mentor, train, and manage store teams; conduct performance reviews and organize ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with departments like Marketing, IT, Finance, and Merchandising to align operations with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
