About Our Business

We are seeking a talented Growth Functional Lead to spearhead efforts and accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products.

This individual will play a critical role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.

Our platform offers users free and unlimited access to their bureau scores from two leading bureaus, with an installed base of almost 58 million+ users.

We are expanding our features to help customers deeply understand their creditworthiness and monetize it by launching Personal Loans on the platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Development:

Develop holistic growth strategies for our portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels including OneScore mobile app and OneScore website.

Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for both APP and Web, deliver month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes while managing stakeholders, experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, journey, and interaction with digital apps.
  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong experience with digital platforms, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and growth tools.
  • Proven track record in managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in devising growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data interpretation and actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
