Job Title: UX Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human-centered design principles and be skilled in creating user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design intuitive user experiences by developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and design patterns.
  5. Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations, and color palettes).
Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in creating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  2. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
  4. Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD).
  5. Basic understanding of web development to validate feasibility of designs.
  6. Paying great attention to detail and having a keen eye for aesthetics.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
