Job Title

  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with the sales team.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Decode market trends, competition, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Highlight emerging demand pockets and under-leveraged channels.
  • Promo and Trade Scheme Effectiveness:
  • Assess ROI of trade promotions, discounting, and retail programs.
  • Recommend targeting and spend optimization strategies.
  • Forecasting and Planning Support:
  • Partner with sales and supply chain teams to create robust forecasts.
  • Support annual operating plans, quarterly target setting, and territory-level planning.
  • Tools and Systems:
  • Own data accuracy, availability, and standardization across reporting platforms.
  • Identify tool upgrades and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years in sales analytics or commercial intelligence.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, syndicated tools (NielsenIQ, Kantar), SQL, R/Python.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical and commercial acumen, ability to distill large datasets into compelling insights, excellent presentation and communication skills.
