Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead at Augustus Transport LLC, located in Gurugram. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include leading team meetings, providing mentorship and training, troubleshooting customer issues, and conducting performance evaluations. The role also involves coordinating with the logistics team to ensure customer requirements are met and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong Analytical Skills for sales strategy development
  • Relevant bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in logistics or freight industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram
