Drive Sales Growth

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales footprint through proactive outreach and lead generation. You will work closely with senior consultants to qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos.

  • Engage in outbound calls to potential clients and partners
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for senior consultants
  • Assist in follow-ups and maintain CRM records
  • Support the sales team in achieving quarterly targets
  • Stay informed on offerings to effectively pitch prospects
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling / inside sales / lead generation
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales cycle
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
