Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Lead a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, suppliers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master's degree is desirable.
- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on sales and management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
