Strategic Growth Officer

We seek a skilled and driven professional to spearhead business expansion in the government sector.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives in the government market.
  • Maintain relationships with government agencies, departments, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals for government clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of government policies, regulations, and industry trends to inform business strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote offerings.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the government sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
