Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Foster lasting connections with customers, address service and sales queries with the aim of retaining clients.
  • Identify New Trade Customers: Recognize trade and forex customers to create fee-based income opportunities.
  • Unlock Business Potential: Meet existing customers to generate revenue for the business by identifying profitable prospects.
  • Simplify Trade-Based Queries: Handle trade-based queries from branches, enhance forex revenue by streamlining transaction processes through proactive liaison with Forex service cells, SPOPs, and Credit departments.
  • Explore New Segments and Trade Verticals: Identify new segments and establish new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at various locations/regions new to the business.
  • Recommend Value-Added Services: Recommend and introduce services like cash management, treasury, etc., with an objective of engaging customers and generating fee income along with liabilities products like credit cards, insurance, etc.
  • Client Fund and Non-Fund Facilities: Provide clients with fund and non-fund based working capital facilities for business operations.
  • Credit Scoring Analysis: Analyze financial statements and prepare credit scoring reports for companies.
  • Maintaining a Healthy Portfolio: Monitor and maintain a healthy portfolio by reviewing existing clients, conducting periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, unit visits, and discussing corrective measures with clients for mutual benefit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and possess strong analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills further through training and professional certifications.
