Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and Marketing Lead to drive business growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- This role combines sales and marketing expertise to identify opportunities, build relationships, and promote our products/services.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales and/or marketing, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones via phone and email.
- Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create engaging content (email, social media, blog posts) to resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales and/or marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving lead generation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and analytical mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges.
