The successful candidate will cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements. This involves negotiating and closing deals with finesse, ensuring win-win outcomes that drive long-term value for both clients and the company.

Regularly reporting on key sales metrics and offering actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategy adjustments is also a key responsibility.

  1. Sales Strategy & Growth

The Sales and Marketing Manager will design and implement an innovative sales strategy that focuses on building a community that thrives, rather than just filling seats. This involves regularly reporting on key sales metrics and offering actionable insights that inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.

The ideal candidate will also oversee the seamless onboarding of new members, ensuring they are integrated into the community from day one. Proactively managing renewals and expansions to identify opportunities to add value to existing memberships is also a key aspect of this role.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns, focusing on performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This involves continuously optimizing campaigns through data analytics, ensuring maximum ROI and the efficient allocation of marketing budgets.

Leveraging advanced A/B testing and personalization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with HRhelpdesk's business objectives, emphasizing brand differentiation and market leadership. Partnering with content creators to produce compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and positioning HRhelpdesk as the coworking space of choice is also a key aspect of this role.

  1. Community Building & Event Management

The Sales and Marketing Manager will conceptualize, plan, and execute events that bring the community together, from networking sessions and workshops to industry panels and social gatherings. This involves fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration among members, creating an environment where ideas can flourish and businesses can grow.

Gathering and acting on member feedback to continuously improve HRhelpdesk's offerings and ensure a vibrant, engaged community is also a key responsibility.

  1. Brand Leadership & Partnerships

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be the steward of HRhelpdesk's brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This involves establishing strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and local businesses to enhance the brand presence and create mutual value.

Representing HRhelpdesk at industry events, conferences, and in the media, positioning the company as a thought leader in the coworking space is also a key aspect of this role.
