Employee Relations Specialist

As a liaison between HR managers and employees, your role will be to facilitate seamless communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documentation.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Any graduate with specialization in HR
- Well-versed in HR and Payroll Management Systems (HRIS Systems)
- Two years of HR experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of one year's experience in a 3 or 4-star property
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:
- Hotel recruitment agencies
- Hotel placement agencies
- HR consultancy
- Hospitality HR
