Employee Relations Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic HR Employee Relations Specialist to be the bridge between employees and management in our fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving conflicts, guiding managers, and ensuring that our people feel supported while policies and labor laws are upheld.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively resolve employee conflicts and concerns.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law compliance, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution strategies.
