Employee Relations Specialist

Collabera is seeking an empathetic professional to develop and implement Employee Relations practices and people strategy.
This role involves building relationships with employees, addressing complex employment-related issues, and developing deep subject matter expertise.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with business consultants in the US.
- Implement sound resolutions to address questions and complex issues.
- Advise management on complex employee relations decisions to ensure an excellent experience for consultants.
- Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns.
- Generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment.
- Design and implement trending analysis and ER metrics models.
- Directly handle a caseload of highly complex ER matters and investigations.
