The Role of Brand Equity Director
- Develop a comprehensive brand program to elevate product superiority, deepen equity, and ensure effective implementation across diverse market segments.
- Design Masterbrand architecture strategies for categories, craft compelling positioning with strong BCI, develop 360-degree brand campaigns to drive equity and preference, and create multi-channel communication plans for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.
This role also involves building a brand purpose platform, developing a 12-month digital strategy, delivering impactful brand health metrics through the brand program, creating Masterbrand Visual Identity and Packaging Re-design, building a Visual Identity Playbook for the brand world, and detailing the brand's sensorial signature.
In addition, this position requires evolving and refining the Masterbrand strategy in line with category and competition landscapes on an ongoing basis, building a claims toolkit, proving superiority at Point of Sale, communicating superiority across media touchpoints, countering counterfeit actions, collaborating with the Innovation Team, synchronizing brand marketing plans and campaigns, monitoring and evaluating market/consumer trends, planning and executing campaigns and projects, managing external and internal interfaces, and expanding the Masterbrand portfolio by introducing relevant and compelling extensions and innovations.
