Growth and Partnerships Executive
Description:We are seeking an ambitious Growth and Partnerships professional to drive sales and marketing efforts in our expanding organization. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead generation via Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Clutch
- Campaign setup with Meta Ads and the design team
- Client outreach, follow-ups, and requirement capture management
- Pitch deck development and proposals creation with the design team
- Inbound and outbound funnel building support
- 1-2 years of experience in business development/marketing within the IT or software industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Upwork, Meta Ads, and CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset with a growth focus
The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of digital markets and sales tactics, enabling them to propel business growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
