
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, for assigned divisions.
The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of human resources fundamentals and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Implement HR programs and practices for respective business units.
- Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience and Driving Engagement activities for specific BU and Bengaluru location.
- Work with respective Business leaders and HR Head for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects.
- Collaborate with HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.
- Track and report HR metrics with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.
- Support retention discussions, management, and facilitate proactive retention strategies.
- Assist quarterly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun CSR initiatives.
- Implement Policy and Process communication to team members.
- Employee Relations - Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling.
- Address various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioral, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH.
Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or MBA(HR) from a leading Institute is required. 5-7 years of experience in similar roles is also necessary. Ability to work in a night shift (US time zone) is a must.
