Job Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This key role will play a pivotal part in driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring candidates receive exceptional support and care throughout the hiring process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate candidate progression through the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing documents to facilitate interview preparation and ensure timely completion of post-offer documentation.
  • Arrange follow-up meetings, encompassing interviews and feedback briefings.
  • Maintain a database of top target candidates, guaranteeing they receive regular updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Directors to ensure recruiting presentations remain current and accurate.
  • Analyze key trend data, producing regular reports on activity, progress, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills (phone and in-person), and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
