Job Overview:

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Franchise and Development Lead to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

Role Summary:

The position is responsible for driving the development of all Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brands in the Eurasia Region – Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. The primary focus will be on Economy/Budget/Midscale sector opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential projects for development.
  • Sourcing and screening prospective franchisees, owners, and partners in the region.
  • Oversee project analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence processes.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with franchisees and partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including existing franchisees, partners, and industry experts.
  • Track and record leads, executions, and openings within the Salesforce.com CRM system.

Complexity and Decision Making Authority:

This role has the authority to make recommendations related to lead qualification and processing, providing standard commercial terms, and closing transactions.

Impact and Scope/Financial Responsibility:

  • The position contributes significantly to the company's image, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Annual Key Performance Objectives (KPIs) are set to meet specific targets, measured by System Growth and personal objectives.
  • Individual performance directly impacts the Company's growth, financial performance, and regional strategy.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,500,000 - ₹ 2,000,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
