Job Title:

A Compliance Specialist is required to ensure regulatory adherence and relationship management with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Approvals & Licensing
  • OBTAIN AND RENEW MANDATORY LICENSES AND APPROVALS, INCLUDING PCPNDT ACT APPROVALS, ART REGISTRATION, BOMBAY NURSING HOME REGISTRATION, AND OTHER RELEVANT COMPLIANCES.
  • ENSURE TIMELY RENEWAL OF ALL LICENSES WITHOUT LAPSE.
  • Government & External Liaison
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENTS, FIRE DEPARTMENT, URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES, LOCAL STATUTORY BODIES, POLICE, AND NODAL OFFICERS FOR COMPLIANCE AND INSPECTIONS.
  • BUILD STRONG CONNECTIONS WITH ART/PCPNDT ADVISORY BOARDS AND MEDICAL COUNCILS.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • PREPARE, VERIFY, AND SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGULATORY APPLICATIONS.
  • MAINTAIN UPDATED COMPLIANCE REGISTERS FOR EACH CLINIC LOCATION.
  • HANDLE AUDITS, INSPECTIONS, AND QUERIES FROM AUTHORITIES.
  • Operational Support
  • COLLABORATE WITH EXPANSION/PROJECTS TEAM DURING CLINIC SETUP TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE TIMELINES ALIGN WITH FIT-OUT AND LAUNCH SCHEDULES.
  • COORDINATE WITH ARCHITECTS, PROJECT MANAGERS, AND LEGAL TEAMS TO ENSURE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS ARE EMBEDDED IN CLINIC DESIGN AND OPERATIONS.

The successful candidate will have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
