Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of required documents and information for GMP compliance inspections.

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and effective management of critical information. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Document Collection and Management: Ensure timely collection, monitoring, and reporting of quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting.
  • GxP Compliance: Assist in Health Authority inspections and internal audits by supplying information and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to an improvement of current processes and/or implementation of modified processes.
  • CAPA Management: Ensure adequate tracking and on-time completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including escalation of issues related to CAPA closure.
