Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in managing compliance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with regulators, auditors, custodians, tax consultants, RTAs, investors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth functioning of all kinds of audits, inspections, and investigations.
  • Handle ad-hoc queries from regulators, investigation/surveillance divisions of exchanges/depositories, KRA, CERSAI, CKYC, FIU, clients/investors, and RMS/trading/accounts division.
  • Deal with auditors, inspecting officials, stakeholders, vendors, consultants on a regular basis.
  • Oversee and supervise daily tasks mentioned in attached task lists of Compliance and DP departments.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SEBI, IFSCA, Stock Exchanges, Depository, KRA, CKYC, CERSAI, FIU, MCA, ROC, GIFT Authority, and SEZ Operations.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, custodians, tax consultants, RTAs, investors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
