Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to manage and maintain our organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.



### Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines specific to Mid-Layer NBFCs, including timely submission of regulatory returns and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments within the organization in a prompt manner.
  • Develop systems for early detection of compliance risks and regularly review internal policies and procedures for alignment with regulatory changes.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments, submitting regular reports on compliance status to senior management.


### Qualifications and Skills
  • CA/CS or LLB preferred.
  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience working in the compliance domain of NBFC or Bank.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (RBI, Companies Act, PMLA etc.).
  • Strong understanding of risk management and internal control systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inspections and respond to regulatory findings, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
