The foundation is strong, now it's time to scale rapidly. As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth, owning a quota, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Scale enterprise sales: Own a quota and drive growth in BFSI & Insurance markets.
- Owning funnel progression and deal closure, ensuring consistent performance.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (KDMs) and influencers at top enterprises, leading to increased funnel sizes and closures.
- Collaborate closely with Tech teams to enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of BFSI & Insurance markets, preferably based in Mumbai.
- A proven track record of selling in early-stage companies, with expertise in deal-making and execution.
- A results-driven individual comfortable with numbers, agile in their approach, and passionate about driving growth.
- Comfortable working extended hours if required, driven by a desire for success.
