Job Title: Corporate Placement Director

This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to work with our team as a Director of Placement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate placements and excellent communication skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing students for placement and ensuring their successful integration into the industry.

  • A strong network with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants preferably in Delhi – NCR Region.
  • Well-connected with industry associations, forums, and captains.
  • Familiarity with online communities, social media platforms, and job portals.
  • Versatility in networking through various technology platforms.
  • Interacting with industries regularly regarding career opportunities and employment trends.
  • To connect with other resources and institutions (government-affiliated bodies).
  • Helping Placement & Departments to identify internship opportunities for students.
  • Handling complete placement data management and maintaining records.
  • Preparing detailed reports from placement data for periodical reviews.
  • Ability to manage flexible time requirements as needed.
  • Identify and organize interaction programs on career opportunities.
  • Tracking application forms, pre-screening candidates, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Monitoring individual candidates' progress.
  • Providing guidance on procedures to applicants.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of applicants' information in digital format.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in placement processes.

Experience:

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in the NCR Region.

Skills:

PAN India Network

Multi-disciplinary university experience

Delhi – NCR Network base

Placement coordination

Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Training and Soft Skills

Suitable candidate should be an enthusiastic and dynamic personality with passion for academia-industry collaboration.
