Campus Placement Strategist

Job Description:

• Lead campus recruitment initiatives and build strong corporate relationships.
• Design and implement placement strategies, skill development programs, and industry tie-ups to maximize student employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry associations. Establish partnerships with companies for job fairs, internships, and training opportunities.
• Organize pre-placement training programs, aptitude tests, group discussions, technical skills, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate logistics for placement drives, interviews, and tests. Plan and execute annual placement calendars.
• Negotiate recruitment terms and ensure high placement conversion rates.
• Track and mentor students' progress towards placement readiness.
• Represent the institution at job fairs, industry meets, and HR summits.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on placement status, recruiter feedback, and student performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate HR, or Recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

Additional Requirements:
