Quantitative Aptitude Trainer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to train students in mathematical problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.

The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall critical thinking abilities. With a strong command over Mathematical Problem-Solving, Analytical Reasoning, and English Language, the ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging sessions on Mathematical Problem-Solving, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Ability.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
  • Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over Mathematical Problem-Solving, Analytical Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
