Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring educators in the field of STEM education.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing high-quality workshops and courses that cater to the needs of teachers.

- Develop and deliver training programs that focus on progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies.

- Prepare capacity building program plans and provide inputs for the preparation of the academic calendar.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to plan and execute STEM programs.

- Analyze feedback from training programs and incorporate it into subsequent trainings.

- Provide direction for the STEM program in alignment with current educational policies and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
