Role Overview

About the Job

  • This is a managerial role responsible for Questions Bank Management, managing Subject Expert panel and working closely with other team members as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure quality Questions Bank for Assessments is developed
  2. Create content including MCQs in General Knowledge & Current Affairs
  3. Question Bank Management:
  4. Structure & design Question Banks; set standards for writing & review in respective domains
  5. Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  6. SME Management:
  7. Define selection criteria and strategy.
  8. Monitor SME performance quality
  9. Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects
  10. Coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities.
  11. Create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  12. Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  13. Support Lead Admin in delivering projects and other requirements as per organization needs
  14. Analyze post-exam questions and report results to management

Required Qualifications

  1. Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus.
  2. Broad understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  3. Experience in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  4. Good command over English both written and spoken
  5. Good command over spoken Hindi
