Customer Success Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success team. As a customer success director, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.

This is a leadership role that requires an evangelist to help international enterprise brands succeed. You will develop intimate understanding of customers' businesses, lead a team of 2-3 CSMs and collaborate with them, network champions within each account through education, coaching, and strong influencing skills, represent customers as trusted advisors and advocate, collaborate with customers on marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals, stay up-to-date on digital marketing and analytics trends, share insights with customers on their own data and industry trends, ensure customers get maximum value from customer engagement, handle customer concerns with confidence, generate case studies, testimonials, and PR from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop intimate understanding of customers' businesses
  • Lead a team of 2-3 CSMs and collaborate with them

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in Marketing (desired)
  • 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success (ideal)
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate strategically
  • Ability to respond quickly to critical issues
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
