Club Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and plan club events, workshops, client visits, and operational activities.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on meeting points and execution.

Team Leadership and Management:
  • Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
  • Enforce uniform policy compliance among staff.
  • Manage disciplinary actions for all club-level employees.

Resource and Budget Management:
  • Assist in managing club resources, sponsorships, and budget allocation for events.
  • Coordinate with management for necessary approvals or procurement.

Membership Engagement and Services:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for members.
  • Address concerns, complaints, or suggestions professionally.
  • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure the club operates in full compliance with health regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize risk.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and staff training in CPR/First Aid.

Program Development and Planning:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events.
  • Collaborate with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming.

Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain documentation of club activities for audit and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
