As a Senior Activation Director, you will lead the Consumer Activation team to drive business outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and implementing annual activation calendars, measuring campaign performance, and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategy development, team leadership, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive activation strategies and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to drive campaign performance, productivity, and sales lift.
  • Build and manage consumer databases, ensuring accurate targeting and retargeting capabilities.
  • Prioritize and optimize costs through effective negotiation and cost-saving models.
  • IDentify new touchpoints to engage consumers, leveraging technology such as AR/VR/Meta/Gaming.
  • Create campaigns that drive measurable impact and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and consumer activation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Audit/Finance background a plus.
