Job Opportunity: Senior Control Systems Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced control systems for large-scale projects. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to combine leadership, technical expertise, and global project exposure.

This position requires strong leadership skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in high-demand project environments are essential.

A key responsibility of this role is to monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams. Ensuring system performance validation through thorough testing is also critical.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and executing integrated control systems. Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC (mandatory) and Allen Bradley PLC (preferred) is required.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field) is mandatory. 10–12 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley a plus) is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Project Management, Service, and R&D teams as a consultant.
