Senior UX Researcher Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead user experience research projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Conduct contextual inquiry, diary studies, thematic analysis, co-design, storyboards, wizard of oz testing, ethnography, focus groups, shop-alongs, text analysis, in-depth interviews, usability tests, field studies, surveys, heuristic evaluation, think aloud, sentiment analysis, and concept mapping.
- Develop and implement research methodologies to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Write reports and internal communications that effectively communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research insights into product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
- Experience with agile process and delivery models.
- A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
- Proficiency in tools such as User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, and Maze.
- SaaS experience desired.
