Lead UX Product Researcher Role

About this opportunity:

This is an excellent chance to lead research in the Vendor Management space, conducting and synthesizing projects such as moderated testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, benchmark studies, concept testing, and online & in-store intercepts.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a product researcher, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful case studies. A degree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or related field is preferred.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross-functional partners across global time zones. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to changing priorities, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at various stages in the project life cycle.

A strong network of relationships will be essential in enabling your vision in service of our guest experience and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and synthesize research projects, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Support UX leaders with research requests, from scoping initiatives to executing testing needs and synthesizing findings.
  • Lead and guide junior researchers on intake, planning, scoping, and stakeholder management.
  • Recommend appropriate methodology, scoping, and coordinating the entire research process.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a product researcher.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful case studies.
  • Preferred degree in Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
