Senior Manager of Product Research

This role focuses on driving impactful user experiences through strategic research and design.
The Senior Manager of Product Research will lead a team responsible for designing world-class experiences that meet the needs of Target Guests and Team Members.
You will be well-positioned to make a lasting impact as a member of a high-performing team operating at the heart of Targets growing digital business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and understanding guest behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
- Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- Manage performance and development of team members, providing meaningful feedback and career conversations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to define research priorities, objectives, and results.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in digital software product work, with user experience emphases in research.
- Demonstrated expertise in research design and methodology.
- Must provide examples of successful UX team leadership and mentoring.
- Expert skills in both in-person and remote UX research methodologies and synthesis.
