We are looking for a Commercial Insights leader to be a part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd.

in our Quantitative Research team- Bangalore.

Primary Responsibilities: Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts)Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.

Should be responsible for Team Management & Development To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams Support in maintaining a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition along with the leadership team To participate in organization level strategic activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Build on the company role as a thought leader in the data driven innovative products and services Essential Skills/Competencies Proven leadership in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors Should have demonstrated Thought Leadership in Market Research forums Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Qualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degree Experience required: 15 years of prior Market Research Experience with well- known organizations
