We are looking for a Commercial Insights leader to be a part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd. in our Quantitative Research team- Bangalore .

It is India's leading multidiscipline, marketing communications and services group with companies operating into diverse domains such as: Advertising & Communications, Insights & Consulting, Marketing & Activation, PR & Education, Data Analytics, Integrated marketing CRM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy
  • Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts)
  • Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients
  • Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.
  • Should be responsible for Team Management & Development
  • To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects
  • Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams
  • Support in maintaining a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition along with the leadership team
  • To participate in organization level strategic activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Build on the company role as a thought leader in the data driven innovative products and services

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Proven leadership in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors
  • Should have demonstrated Thought Leadership in Market Research forums
  • Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Qualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degree

Experience required: 15 years of prior Market Research Experience with well- known organizations
