We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead strategic initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

Job Description

As a seasoned UX Researcher, you will define research goals, investigate user behaviors, develop research plans, evaluate and analyze usability, and synthesize and share insights. You will partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.

You will conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews. You will design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.

About the Role
  • Define Research Goals: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on UX research.
  • Strong Research Skills Artefacts/Portfolio: Highlighting proven ability with qualitative + quantitative methods.
  • Healthcare/Pharma MR Experience: Exposure to studies such as ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking.
  • UCD Expertise: Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Insight Translation: Strong skill in synthesizing data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations.
